Our Real Estate and Hotel Program offers a superior umbrella program with limits of up to $100,000,000. This program is written on a Risk Purchasing Group (RPG) basis under Hartan Real Estate Program RPG, Inc. The program is offered on the following types of risks:

• Hotels
• Lessors Risk Only occupancies for the following classes:
  • Shopping Centers
  • Retail
  • Office Buildings
  • Warehouses
  • Industrial Buildings

Coverage for hotels and motels is written for both Lessors Risk Only and for the ownership and management of these operations.

In addition to providing liability limits on a per location basis for each insured, we will Follow Form over Directors and Officers Liability, Automobile Liability, Employers Liability and Employee Benefits Liability.

The carriers underwriting the program all have a sound A. M. Best rating.
